Job Description/Duties

Daily

1. Review and process new requests in the Your IT ticketing system
1. Enters information into the Request Item (RITM) ticket

1. Determines if ticket is misrouted or erroneous, and takes appropriate action
2. Adjusts short description to reflect pertinent ticket information

1. Attend ticket requirements and technical calls
1. Updates information and worklog in the ticket as it is discussed and agreed upon during calls
2. Update information systems based on call outcome and ticket adjudication
1. Hardware Asset Module
2. Datasheet
3. Remote management studio
3. Check status of tickets close to end dates
1. Engage with end users to confirm ticket closure
2. Coordinate asset recovery, if needed
3. Update information systems
4. Review and verify data integrity and accuracy for tracking platforms

Weekly

1. Review tickets without updates for 30 days or more
1. Verify device online status
2. Check client and data usage
3. Enter updated information into the ticket
2. Update metrics in weekly status reports

Monthly

1. Review all information systems to ensure synchronization across platforms.
1. Identify errors, missing information, or disparity
2. Take action to correct errors
