Job Title: Entry-Level DAS Installer
Location: Manassas, VA (with travel to VA, DC, and MD)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level DAS Installer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a looking to start their career in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) installation. You'll work alongside experienced technicians on a variety of exciting projects across commercial and residential environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Advanced/Lead Technicians with DAS installation projects.
  • Install and support various cable types including coaxial, fiber, Cat 5/6.
  • Use basic hand and power tools proficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work professionally on-site in diverse environments such as stadiums, hospitals, schools, and office buildings.
  • Ensure high-quality work that meets company and manufacturer standards.
  • Uphold customer confidence through excellent service and workmanship.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in cable installation (ISP cabling, coax, fiber, Cat 5/6, rack/stack, terminations).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be located near Manassas, VA and open to occasional travel (including overnight stays).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
