Project: Commitment to Quality (CtQ)

Hybrid: Required to be onsite 3 times per week.

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible)



Summary: This role will be responsible for leading and executing several key projects under minimal supervision.



Responsibilities:

* Identify key project members and milestones required to the project (Project Scoping)

* Work cross functionally with internal and external parties (R&D, Technical Communications, Suppliers, etc.)

* Provide updates on project status on a weekly basis

* Execute projects to closure in a timely manner

* Ensure that output meets the project intent once closed

* Document all project key decisions and evidence of milestone completions, that the project documentation is auditable and compliant to all Medical Device Industry requirements

Education & Experience:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

* 8 - 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Project Lead

* 2 - 5 years of matrix mgt. experience

* PMP, preferred

* Regulated Industry experience preferred

* Experience working on projects related to labeling updates, preferred

* Experience in Trackwise, SAP, preferred
