Position Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager - Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring that service delivery meets contractual obligations and performance targets.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor vendor performance using KPIs and other metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any service delivery issues, working closely with vendors to resolve problems promptly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, leveraging vendor capabilities and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their service delivery needs and ensure that vendor services meet or exceed expectations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on vendor performance and service delivery metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for attention.
Compliance: Ensure that all vendor activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or a related role, preferably within a complex organizational environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and service delivery projects simultaneously.
