About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Software Engineering to lead strategy, design, and execution for Developer Experience and Performance Testing and Optimization. You will guide multiple Agile teams to build scalable, high-performing platforms while shaping an exceptional developer experience that enables faster, more efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Platform Optimization
Lead the design, development, and implementation of infrastructure and services supporting developer experience, performance engineering, and test automation.
Create and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of developer platforms.
Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, logging, and performance monitoring systems.
Leverage expertise in cloud computing, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code to optimize workflows.
Define and track benchmarks for performance, developer efficiency, and software quality.
Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Collaboration & Engineering Enablement
Partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
Align tools, standards, and best practices across teams to create a consistent and efficient developer experience.
Translate complex technical topics into clear business impact for stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement and reduce development friction through scalable tools and systems.

Performance Optimization & Problem Solving
Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and performance gaps.
Build robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure uptime and responsiveness.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Champion test automation strategies that accelerate delivery while maintaining product excellence.
