Job Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer
Summary:
looking for an NOC Specialist/Consultant with minimum 10 yrs experience with a deep understanding of Observability processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the implementation of a Network Operations Center (NOC), leveraging their expertise to enhance observability, incident response, and overall operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while integrating AIOps technology into the observability strategy.
This is a 100% remote opportunity, with 1 year project engagement. The candidate should be willing to work in the Pacific time zone.
Required Skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and leading NOCs, with a focus on observability.
- In-depth knowledge of observability tools and technologies, such as APM, logging, and tracing solutions.
- Familiarity with AIOps tools and technology and its integration into observability workflows.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
