Job Title: Documentum Consultant with (ServiceNow Knowledge Migration)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Documentum to ServiceNow Knowledge Management Migration Architect who can lead the end-to-end migration of enterprise content from Documentum to ServiceNow KM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both platforms, excellent understanding of content structure, metadata, and migration strategies along with a passion for using AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and solution quality.

Must Have Skills:

1. Documentum Expertise

Strong understanding of Documentum Content Server architecture

Hands-on with DQL, DFC, DFS, REST APIs

Experience in Document Types, Metadata Models, and Security (ACLs, Roles)

Knowledge of Documentum Querying and Integration

2. ServiceNow Knowledge Management

Experience designing Knowledge Bases, Article Templates, and Categories

Strong grasp on Workflow Configuration, Publishing, and Archiving

Hands-on with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

Proven experience in migrating content into ServiceNow KM

3. Migration Design & Implementation

Data Mapping & Transformation from Documentum to ServiceNow

Experience with bulk migration tools (APIs, partner tools like Precision Bridge)

Knowledge of validation, testing, and data integrity checks

Handling complex document formats, version control, and compliance

4. AI & Automation Mindset

Practical exposure to AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Willingness to explore AI techniques to improve design, accuracy, and efficiency

Nice to Have:

Experience with content governance and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)

Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration and Scripting

Strong client-facing and leadership skills to guide offshore teams

Key Responsibilities:

Lead migration of content from Documentum to ServiceNow KM

Define data mapping, transformation, and validation strategy

Collaborate with client and offshore teams for delivery and knowledge transfer
