Senior Analyst Omnichannel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst - Omnichannel in Katy, TX.

Summary:
This role supports omnichannel and eCommerce initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, and predictive modeling. The analyst will work cross-functionally to extract insights from large datasets, automate reporting processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:
* Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources including APIs, databases, and flat files
* Build and maintain automated dashboards to track omnichannel KPIs
* Create fit-for-purpose data models to support analytics and reporting needs
* Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, predict customer behavior, and support business strategies
* Automate data workflows using R, Python, SQL, and scheduling tools
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights
* Serve as a subject matter expert on omnichannel data and analytics
* Document workflows and data models for transparency and repeatability
* Mentor junior analysts and promote a data-driven culture

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
* 4+ years with SQL and Python or R
* 3-5 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering
* Experience with retail or omnichannel analytics is a plus
* Strong experience using enterprise databases (Teradata, DB2, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS)
* Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or MicroStrategy
* Hands-on experience with statistical techniques such as regression and cluster analysis
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
