Technical Salesforce Architect

Must Haves:
1) Salesforce reporting and Analytics experience (For revenue operation teams)
2) Salesforce CRM report builder experience
3) Experience talking with leadership, business analysts to define required business KPIs

Technical hands on experience is not required. We don t need a Salesforce architect but someone who can plan, design, review existing and new process flows to build required KPI reports.

Job Description:
Resource to drive a KPI workshop to understand the metrics and define new KPIs by talking to business and stakeholders.
Exp: 12+ years of experience in deep sales reporting background
Deliverable from the workshop:
Defined and justified KPI catalogue for customer,
Gap analysis
Reporting
Gather and document Customer requirements
Create and update solution blueprint documentation
Build, test, and deliver technical solution
Enhance overall solution design, data analysis, workflow, and reporting
Build custom integrations with Sales Cloud
Develop custom Sales Cloud functionality
Analyze workflows and describe improvements
Q/A solutions
Provide advisory guidance on support issues
