Job Title AI/ML Robotics Engineer
Location Boston, Massachusetts (Onsite)
Duration long term Contract
Expected Work Hours: 20~40 hours per week with flexibility for intense deliverable periods and demos.

- Background: Deep expertise in Robotics
- Speed/Execution: Proven ability to ship code quickly and independently
- Purpose: Committed to working untraditional hours to build a system that could determine the outcome of a future conflict
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Execute on a U.S. Army SBIR Phase I contract focused on Vision Language Action (VLA) models and bi-manual cobots
- Implement VLA/VLM/LLM on cloud and embedded robotic platforms
- Take full ownership of the technical stack and development roadmap for a dual-use AI platform serving military and industrial manufacturing use cases
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Robotics, or a relevant technical field
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Pytorch and TensorFlow
- Experience with ROS, ROS2, and Universal Robot RTDE
- Experience with UR5e arms, end effectors, and manipulation systems
