We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a cutting-edge research and development team that specializes in building Full-stack AI applications and delivering innovative solutions for clients across government, retail, and other industries. The focus of this role is on developing foundation models, creating predictive analytics solutions, and pushing forward advancements in generative AI technologies. As part of this team, you will work with global teams to build MVPs for clients using cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack AI Engineering: Build and deploy end-to-end AI applications, focusing on the integration of AI solutions with practical use cases for clients.
• R& D Innovation: Conduct research and development on behalf of clients, focusing on predictive analytics, generative AI models, and foundational large language models (LLMs).
• MVP Development: Design and build AI-driven MVPs (minimum viable products) across industries, solving complex problems for a diverse set of clients.
• Deep Learning Expertise: Leverage tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras to implement models for natural language processing (NLP), diffusion models, and predictive modeling.
• Coding & Deployment: Write Python, C++, and Java code to build scalable solutions. Work with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, and open-source tools for experimentation and deployment.
• Cloud Environments: Deploy models across Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud), Azure, and other environments, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
• Team Leadership: Work as a team lead across 3+ projects simultaneously, mentoring junior team members and driving collaboration with global teams.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with long-standing brands and government clients to tailor AI solutions to specific needs, ensuring trust and alignment with business goals.
• Focus on Generative AI & Predictive Analytics: Push advancements in AI technologies, foundation models, and generative AI to optimize client outcomes.

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:6+ years of experience developing and deployingAI solutionsand buildingpredictive models. Experience with MVP and Full-stack AI projects required.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency inPython,C++, andJava.
• Expertise usingPyTorch,TensorFlow,Keras, and libraries likePandasandScikit-learn.
• Strong understanding ofnatural language processing (NLP)anddeep learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models inGoogle Cloud Platform (Google Cloud),Azure, and open-source environments.
• Proficiency indiffusion modelsand a deep understanding offoundation LLMs (large language models).
• Broad Deployment Knowledge:Demonstrated ability to deploy models in diverse environments using state-of-the-artcloud platformsandopen-source tools.
