Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: DMV Area
Duration: 12+ Months
Requirement:
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Business systems analysis or IT project support
- Workflow analysis and enterprise process improvement
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Workflow and process-mapping tools (Visio, etc.)
- Use case development and process modeling
- Multistakeholder coordination experience
- Testing and UAT support
- Data validation, mapping, and quality review
- Experience with public safety or high-availability systems
- Change management support
- Reporting, dashboard creation, and presentations
