About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer - AI Engineer to design and deliver advanced automation and AI agent solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and cutting-edge AI technologies to build intelligent systems that enhance business productivity and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Copilot Studio, and pro-code technologies.
- Develop agentic AI systems utilizing large language models (LLMs), reasoning engines, memory components, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Build custom AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and interacting across systems via APIs, tools, and multi-turn conversations.
- Create and maintain AI-powered business applications that integrate user input, enterprise data, and intelligent responses.
- Integrate with external APIs and services including Microsoft Graph, RESTful endpoints, and hyperscale AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to drive innovation and recommend modern approaches.
- Lead modernization efforts, develop reusable playbooks and processes, and mentor team members in advanced software development practices.
- Proven experience in AI engineering, automation, and software development.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, reasoning engines, and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration via APIs and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
