Job Details
Responsibilities:
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in UKG functional experience in products is required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor is recommended.
Workforce Scheduling, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud, and Oracle HCM Cloud
Primary Skills: 5+ years of experience in UKG functional experience in products/modules - Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting
Technical experience in :
5+ years in Inbound integrations to UKG from HCM (Oracle preferably)
5+ years in Outbound integrations from UKG to HCM(Oracle preferably) and
5+ years in UKG processes and reports to support the products/modules- Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management
MUST HAVE - Soft Skills :
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Proactive in issues escalation
3. Problem solver and critical thinker
4. Team player/Individual Contributor
