We are seeking a Benchling Consultant to provide application support for the Benchling platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience addressing user queries, ensuring system reliability, and aligning with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

< data-start="465" data-end="496">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Benchling application

  • Address user queries and issues related to the platform

  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards and best practices

  • Assist in creating and updating Benchling templates

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless user experience

  • Prepare training materials and documentation for end users

  • Experience in Benchling application support

  • Familiarity with template customization within Benchling

  • Ability to create user guides and training resources

  • Knowledge of Python scripting for automation tasks (a plus)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
