Job Location: Newport Beach, CA - 100% onsite
Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our technical operations and infrastructure. This role is pivotal in transitioning our IT capabilities from vendor-dependent to a robust internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Microsoft 365 and multi-location IT support, with the ability to grow into a strategic leadership position. This position is critical for managing our IT infrastructure across 40+ clinics.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $68 - $77 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Execute hands-on technical tasks to support and manage IT infrastructure.
Lead the transition from vendor-dependent IT services to an internal team.
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint management.
Coordinate IT support across multiple locations and ensure seamless operations.
Interface with practice management and financial systems for integration.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+)
