Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per year + 10% bonus

Join a forward-thinking digital infrastructure company as a Workday Systems Analyst. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing our Workday ecosystem, contributing to strategic projects, and supporting internal stakeholders with a focus on innovation, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and ongoing deployment of Workday solutions in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Monitor and enhance Workday functionality with a focus on improving user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Workday HCM modules, including payroll, benefits, ATS, and LMS
- Design, deploy, and support integrations using Workday Studio and Web Services
- Support AI-driven functionality enhancements and identify opportunities for innovation
- Provide guidance on data management and recommend best practices
- Assist with Workday Extend applications and integrations
- Train and support end users across core HCM functionalities
- Deliver internal training and documentation for Workday processes and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Workday integrations
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, REST API, HCM, Business Processes, and Report Writer
- Familiarity with key HR functions such as benefits, payroll, onboarding, recruiting, and learning
- Workday HCM Core Certification strongly preferred
