Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per year + 10% bonus

Join a forward-thinking digital infrastructure company as a Workday Systems Analyst. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing our Workday ecosystem, contributing to strategic projects, and supporting internal stakeholders with a focus on innovation, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead implementation and ongoing deployment of Workday solutions in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors

  • Monitor and enhance Workday functionality with a focus on improving user experience

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Workday HCM modules, including payroll, benefits, ATS, and LMS

  • Design, deploy, and support integrations using Workday Studio and Web Services

  • Support AI-driven functionality enhancements and identify opportunities for innovation

  • Provide guidance on data management and recommend best practices

  • Assist with Workday Extend applications and integrations

  • Train and support end users across core HCM functionalities

  • Deliver internal training and documentation for Workday processes and reporting


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Workday integrations

  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, REST API, HCM, Business Processes, and Report Writer

  • Familiarity with key HR functions such as benefits, payroll, onboarding, recruiting, and learning

  • Workday HCM Core Certification strongly preferred
