$60/hr. or $110k/annum
Job Description:
- Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
- Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.
- Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
- Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
