Musts
- 3+years Product owner but must have 8 years total in software engineering (sw engineering before Product Owner is a plus)
- Java/sql/nosql/databases/aws (must be familiar with these)
- Experience using GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, etc.
- Decompose requirements into technical features
- Create features based on features from other teams. Must work collaboratively w other teams.
- Lead sprint planning.
- Azure devops preferred but other cloud is OK.
