Product Manager

Location: San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid - 1 day in office per week)

Contract: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead initiatives for Sponsored Products. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring technical viability and market success. You'll bridge product specs and marketing, deliver sharp insights, and shape the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, marketing, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end launches of new Sponsored Products features
  • Conduct market research and distill actionable insights
  • Monitor product adoption and deliver analytical reports to leadership
  • Align messaging and marketing with product capabilities
  • Manage budgets and contribute financial analysis to executive reporting
  • Identify emerging trends and product opportunities in the online advertising space


Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agile development environment, OR 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that delight users.
  • Domain Knowledge: Expertise in e-commerce, retail, online advertising, and/or analytics.


Skills:
  • Strong execution skills and ability to drive throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and make dynamic adjustments as landscapes shift.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to influence engineering decisions.
  • Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data.
