Job Details

Title: Documentation and Training Analyst

Duration: 3-month contract

Summary

As a Documentation and Training Analyst at our Fortune 500 Medical Device customer, you will create, manage, and deploy high-quality documentation and training for internal pricing and contract teams, collaborating with SMEs to translate complex processes into clear content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management:
    • Collaborate with third parties to define the scope, business categorization, and prioritization of documentation.
    • Work with internal SMEs and test users to understand and capture future-state requirements.
    • Update and refine existing internal documents based on a prioritized, tiered approach.
  • Training & Development:
    • Lead the administration and deployment of all training for internal teams.
    • Develop effective training materials that support the new documentation repository.
  • Compliance & Administration:
    • Act as a liaison to ensure adherence to internal AI compliance policies.
    • Facilitate the resolution of any identified compliance issues to minimize project impacts.
  • Collaboration:
    • Serve as a key point of contact between stakeholders, third party vendors, and internal SMEs.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with digital content management systems and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge:
    • Understanding of compliance standards and policies in a corporate environment.
