Hi
Hope you are doing good.!
Position : Data Management Project / Program manager .
Location: Plano/Mountain View ( 3 days onsite)
Please find below the JD for Product/Program manager:
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of our modern data platform as a Technical Program/Product Manager, owning multi-team programs that design, build, and scale a secure, cost-efficient lake house architecture on AWS. You ll coordinate roadmaps across data engineering, platform, security, and product to land capabilities in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows/Jobs, Delta Live Tables) and event-driven data products (e.g., AWS EventBridge, Kafka/Kinesis), spanning real-time streaming and batch pipelines.
- Responsibilities include dependency and risk management, defining program metrics/SLAs, and creating program-level dashboards and decks.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on TPM with deep technical fluency in Databricks and event-driven architectures, coupled with strong delivery discipline (Agile ceremonies, RFCs, roadmaps, and stakeholder comms).
- They should be able to run quarterly roadmap prioritization efforts. A nice-to-have is knowledge of ETL from prior companies such as Informatica or equivalent enterprise data processing ecosystems.
- Executive reporting skills are essential; experience leading migrations from legacy ETL to lakehouse patterns and driving FinOps for data compute is strongly preferred.
- Be an AI-native PM who prototypes without hand-holding using Vibe tools (Builder.io, Cursor) and applies GenAI-agent plus product thinking.
- Must have experience with Informatica or equivalent enterprise data platforms, delivering stream and batch processing.
- Should have prior exposure to enterprise internal platforms.
- Should be well versed in common data platform architectures inclusive of Data Lakehouse architectures, analytical tools and consumption planes as well as semantic modeling and implementation
