Detailed Job Description:
- A UKG automation with Test Assure job description typically involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests for UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions, focusing on features like Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and EZCall.
- The role requires expertise in automation testing methodologies and tools, including Test Assure, and a deep understanding of UKG processes and reports. This includes creating and maintaining test cases, documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality.
- Key Responsibilities and Skills: Automation Expertise: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Test Assure or similar tools. Design and implement automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Proficient in automation testing methodologies and best practices. UKG Functional Knowledge:Thorough understanding of UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions, including modules like Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and EZCall. Knowledge of UKG processes, reports, and configurations related to Workforce Management.
- Experience with UKG integrations and customizations. Testing and Quality Assurance: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and developers. Communicate test results and findings effectively to stakeholders. Contribute to test planning and estimation activities.
- Experience: Typically 6-8+ years of experience in testing, with a focus on UKG or similar Workforce Management/HCM systems. Skills: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools (Test Assure, Selenium, Appium, etc.), and defect management systems.
