Description
This role would be doing some or all of the following
a. Works on assigned tasks which has business deadlines
b. Documents the analysis and shares it with stakeholders
c. Creates and maintains best in class Tableau dashboards from scratch
d. Pulls data to meet business requests on an ad hoc basis
a. One who is passionate about independently identifying data to perform analysis and uncovering insights
b. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
c. Strong technically in SQL/Tableau/Analysis using tools such as Excel and have worked extensively in a fast-paced environment
The Client is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to help build out their team in the effort to optimize and improve their current products and services. They will be working daily with internal business Enterprise Stakeholders from Product, BI, and Operations to try and gauge the expertise of these other teams. The Client has seen an influx of questions from their stakeholders over the past year and this person will be responsible for looking at the data that has been collected (ex...survey responses) and work through "what if" scenarios and creating their own hypothesis on what the data means and how they can improve the user's experience. They will also be responsible for building out metrics for a variety of applications and work with the data team to build and push out reports. This person will be the SME for all of their different apps with the goal of making sense of key factor analysis and develop a well versed recommendation on why they can improve their products and services.

Research and understand data from various data sources/applications and leverage them to solve business questions
Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including APIs, databases, and flat files
Develop and maintain automated processes that streamline data analysis and reporting
Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets
Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models using Python, document the approach and present findings to stakeholders
Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing
Perform adhoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve existing processes
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis

1. Previous experience working with call, case and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR etc.
2. Extracting data, transforming it by duplication and combining data, and loading data into the database so it really encapsulates what they were asking for when he mentioned "ability to understand and properly use data". Essentially gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating it into a single space
3. It sounds like this role is a mix of an ETL Developer/Data Scientist/Data Analyst role
4. Experience using Python for data analysis and predictive analytics
5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc)
