Pay Range:$80000-$100000/Yrs
Description:
* Act as a liaison to ensure healthcare information systems function as intended.
* Research and resolve software problems as part of daily operational support.
* Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of new solutions.
* Perform training, create and review documentation, and support assigned applications.
* Provide 2nd/3rd level support for unplanned downtime and issues.
* Participate in planning, implementation, testing, and updating of applications.
* Ensure high levels of customer service and support off-hours for critical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a business liaison to assigned departments to uncover and recognize issues early.
* Train co-workers and assist in researching reported issues and implementing resolutions.
* Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize electronic solutions.
* Provide maintenance and advancement of assigned applications and databases.
* Investigate and solve problems with application software, interfaces, and reports.
* Plan, design, and implement assigned applications on schedule.
* Participate in project management and ensure standard methodologies are followed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training required.
* Minimum 3 years' experience with clinical or financial application support required.
* Strong experience implementing and supporting applications within a health system required.
* Software Module Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
