What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing first-level technical support to internal users
- Troubleshooting Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, and related applications
- Handling phone support and ticketing inquiries
- Assisting with password resets, user setup, and permissions via Active Directory
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction
- 1+ year of Tier 1 IT support experience
- Proficiency with Active Directory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 tools
- Comfortable with phone-based troubleshooting and remote support
