Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Content Editorial Lead to drive content excellence and editorial governance across global digital properties. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep experience in content strategy, editorial frameworks, and emerging technologies like generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Editor-in-Chief for global web presence, ensuring consistency and quality across digital content.
• Develop and implement editorial guidelines, style guides, and scalable content frameworks.
• Lead the creation of a global editorial strategy aligned with brand voice and business goals.
• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to improve content discoverability and engagement.
• Partner with regional teams to deliver high-impact global content tailored for diverse markets.
• Define requirements and support development of a centralized content hub to drive thought leadership.
• Explore and integrate AI-based tools for scalable content creation.
• Oversee content operations in headless CMS environments like Contentful, ensuring governance and reusability.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in editorial management or content strategy, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in building and enforcing editorial standards for large organizations.
• Expertise with headless CMS platforms (especially Contentful) and content modeling.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital content trends.
• Demonstrated experience leading global initiatives and working with cross-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of generative AI applications in digital content creation.
