Senior Python Full Stack Developer (ONLY W2 NO C2C) (LOCAL TO TX)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Python/React Developer to join our team and contribute to the modernization of our HRA platform. This role involves working primarily on the legacy application with potential long-term involvement in the HRA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python and Django.
• Design and implement user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and Typescript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, QA, and other developers.
• Handle data migration tasks using SQL and ETL packages in Python.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, React/Typescript, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data migration and ETL tasks
• Experience with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preference for local candidates in Dallas with the ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Experience with Django, React hooks, and PostgreSQL.
