Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite / Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Architect to design and build a scalable, metadata-driven Lakehouse platform using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. This role focuses on data ingestion, governance, analytics, and AI enablement across multiple data domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end data platform architecture using Microsoft Fabric

  • Define standards for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration

  • Implement data governance, security, and lineage

  • Build scalable, multi-tenant data lake solutions

  • Integrate analytics and AI tools such as Power BI and Azure OpenAI

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines)

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, ADLS Gen2

  • Strong knowledge of metadata-driven data platforms

Preferred:

  • Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio

  • CI/CD for data platforms, multi-tenant architecture
