Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced M365 AIP Administrator to manage and administer Azure Information Protection (AIP) within an Office 365 environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing AIP policies to ensure data security, compliance, and seamless collaboration within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Azure Information Protection (AIP) policies in an Office 365 environment.
Implement and enforce information protection strategies and data classification to secure sensitive information.
Work with key stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain data loss prevention (DLP) policies, AIP labeling, and encryption rules.
Monitor AIP activity and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation and compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with the security and compliance teams to support data governance and meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure user and device management integration with AIP and Office 365 services.
Conduct trainings for end-users to promote security awareness and ensure proper data handling.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with Office 365 suite, especially Azure Information Protection (AIP).
Hands-on experience in configuring AIP labeling, encryption, and DLP policies.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center and associated tools.
Understanding of data security, information governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on security, user management, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or related certifications.
Experience in a system administration role with focus on cloud technologies and Office 365.
