Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with a strong background in Angular UI development, Node.js, and AWS Cloud to design and lead development of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project delivery.
Candidates must pass Nuclear 810 background screening.Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them through design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business alignment.
- Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular.
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and write optimized SQL queries.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for security, compliance, and performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile framework.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of Angular UI development
- 5+ years of Node.js with TypeScript/JavaScript
- 5+ years of API development (GraphQL experience is a plus)
- 5+ years of SQL with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- 2+ years working with Cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
- Proven experience in leading teams or projects with strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scaled Agile project methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
