Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Senior Data Center Technician, you will:
- Serve as a technical expert for data center operations, providing advanced support for
- hardware, networking, and environmental systems.
- Lead and coordinate complex installations, migrations, and upgrades of servers,
- storage, and network equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure
- projects.
- Maintain and improve documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Oversee asset management, inventory control, and lifecycle tracking of equipment.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO
- 27001).
- Participate in capacity planning and contribute to strategic infrastructure decisions.
- Support audits and inspections while ensuring readiness for disaster recovery and
- business continuity
About You:
You're a fit for the role of Senior Data Center Technician if your background includes:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or
- related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking equipment, and structured cabling.
- Strong understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental
- monitoring.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO, HIPAA) and audit processes.
- Proficiency with DCIM tools, ticketing systems, and remote management platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work in physically demanding
- environments.
