Job Title: Oracle Implementation Consultant (FCCS)
Location: Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Consultant to support a full-scale implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience with FCCS implementations particularly within the banking industry and can drive solution design, architecture, and delivery.
You may be functional or techno-functional, as long as you can take ownership of the implementation and guide development teams when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud FCCS
- Participate in solution design, configuration, architecture, and documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams and provide guidance on development tasks
- Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Work closely with business stakeholders, especially within financial close and reporting domains
- Collaborate on integration points across Oracle EPM modules and financial systems
- Support General Ledger module functionality (preferred but not required)
What We re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud FCCS implementation experience
- Experience in a functional or techno-functional role
- At least one FCCS implementation in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM Suite
Nice to Have
- Experience working with General Ledger modules
- Ability to guide offshore/nearshore teams
- Background in financial close and reporting processes
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $75 $80 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
