Role Title: Developer Siemens OpCenter MES

Location: Greensboro, NC

Role Overview:

Seeking a skilled Developer to support solution design and implementation using the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform. The role involves techno-functional analysis, development in Opcenter Discrete modules, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing support of MES systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to design solutions using Siemens OpCenter MOM.

  • Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and changes; deliver optimal solutions for complex business needs.

  • Develop and customize Opcenter Discrete modules.

  • Guide team members on Opcenter product and technical matters.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.

  • Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests.

  • Handle governance reporting and SLA/KPI tracking to ensure high system availability.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites to align with shop floor processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement and support digital manufacturing initiatives.

  • Liaise with MES COE, interfacing application teams, and the Opcenter product team for seamless upgrades and operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 6 years of experience in MES implementation and support, specifically with Siemens Opcenter MOM.

  • Proficient in Opcenter modules including Opcenter EX DS and EX FN.

  • Experience in customizing and extending Opcenter functionality.

  • Familiarity with OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA integration.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Industry domain experience in manufacturing.
