Our client in Suamico produces custom-ordered sewn products including machine covers, tool pouches, and banners (not clothing). They are looking for a small motor mechanic, or sewing machine mechanic to repair and maintain sewing machines and other finishing equipment. Training is available.

Machine Maintenance Compensation/Benefits:
- Pay - $18 - $20/hour depending on experience
- First Shift - 6:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., Monday - Thursday and 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on Fridays
- Benefits - 401(k) and vacation pay available
Machine Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Analyze problems and fix sewing and other finishing machines
- Preventive maintenance on sewing and other finishing machines
- (hand cutters, grommeters, snap and rivet machines)
- Research and order parts for machines
- Maintain a stock of parts for common machines
- Some light building maintenance
- Back-up for forklift
Machine Maintenance Qualifications:
- Able to work with small, intricate parts
- Some electrical background
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with input from supervisors
