We’re seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. This role combines office-based support with hands-on client work, giving you the chance to tackle a variety of IT environments while building trusted relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in Windows environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, and LAN/WAN networks.
- Monitor systems for performance and reliability, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Assist clients on-site and remotely, ensuring seamless IT operations.
- Document processes, recommend upgrades, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies through training and certifications.
What You’ll Bring
- Microsoft certifications (or equivalent degree) with 2–5 years of IT support or system/network administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows-based systems, networks, and servers.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver solutions in client-facing environments.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs for occasional hardware setup.
- Bonus: experience with backups, disaster recovery, compliance-driven IT (HIPAA, finance), or performance tuning.
