Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Version Control & CI/CD
    • 84+ months of experience with distributed version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube).
    • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) techniques.
  2. .NET Development
    • 60+ months of experience with .NET Core, .NET 6, and .NET 8.
  3. Web Development
    • 84+ months of experience developing web applications using MVC patterns.
    • 60+ months of experience with Angular.
  4. Java Development
    • 60+ months of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs.
  5. Database Management
    • 60+ months of experience with SQL Server (operations, optimization, maintenance).
    • 60+ months of experience with Oracle databases.
  6. Domain Expertise
    • 36+ months of experience in health and human services, particularly in Integrated Eligibility System programs (e.g., PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support).
  7. API Development
    • 48+ months of experience with Web APIs and JSON.
  8. Education
    • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
