  • Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and executives to define KPIs and align reporting with strategic goals.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity of data used in reporting and analytics, serving as a trusted source of truth.
  • Translate complex data into digestible visualizations and narratives to drive decisions around service delivery, resource allocation, and performance improvement.
  • Establish best practices and standards for reporting, analytics workflows, and data governance.
  • Continuously assess analytics tools and methodologies to optimize performance and decision-support capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance analytics.
  • Strong experience working with ServiceNow data structures and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce insights that directly influence strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal clearance if not already held.

Preferred Qualifications:
