Job Details
A Mesa, AZ based technology company is looking to bring on a Manual QA Engineer to support a large-scale modernization initiative for a government client. This role is focused on hands-on testing of new and existing features across a set of legacy systems being replatformed to Azure. As a Manual QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating and executing detailed test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring that application functionality meets business and technical requirements. This is a great opportunity to work on a high impact project alongside a collaborative QA team ad help shape quality standards from the ground up.
This role will require onsite work at an office in Mesa on Mondays and Thursdays.
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 months

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong background in writing and executive test cases and test plans
- Experience validating functionality on .NET/C# applications
- Comfortable using Postman or similar tools for basic API testing
- Solid understanding of QA processes, defect tracking and regression testing
- Ability to work closely with developers, BA's and and product teams
- Excellent attention to detail and clear documentation skills
- Experience working with Azure DevOps
