Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:
We are supporting a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program spanning across the US, Canada, UK/Ireland, and Central/Eastern Europe. The program kicks off in August and will run for four years. We're looking to onboard 5 experienced Project Managers at the mid-level to help launch and support this initiative from the start.
These roles will operate within a hybrid team structure that includes internal resources and external partners across North America, EMEA, APAC, and India. The Project Managers will support both the PMO and broader program workstreams throughout the full program lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mid-level experience in IT Project Management (not junior or executive level)
  • Background managing complex, multi-workstream programs; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing ERP projects (SAP preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies
  • Bachelor s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
    (OR)
    6-8 years of experience in IT Project Management in lieu of a degree
  • Project management certifications (PMP, SAFe, DASM) are a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Lead workstreams within a large-scale global transformation program
  • Manage and coordinate internal IT teams and third-party vendors to execute project deliverables
  • Allocate and track tasks, assess performance, and provide input for evaluations
  • Create and manage detailed project plans aligned with PMO standards
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks/issues; ensure mitigation and resolution plans are in place
  • Oversee project documentation including status reports, stakeholder communications, change control, and formal project closure
  • Provide updates to key stakeholders including the PMO, Steering Committee, IT Business Partners, and business leads
