Job Summary

Assist with the S2P process, managing procurement activities from sourcing to payment. Focus on strategic planning, execution, optimization, system maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement within the S2P system, assist with training sessions, and respond to inquiries
  • Support system maintenance and testing during upgrades
  • Resolve vendor issues related to payment, receiving, or orders
  • Support Coupa activities: catalogs, reporting, testing, training, and PO requests and monitor and resolve Zendesk tickets for Coupa
  • Train and support employees on PO creation and invoice management in Coupa and onboard and update vendors through Coupa Systems
  • Monitor PO workflow and ensure orders are processed and invoiced and oversee IT Pos and assist other departments with PO creation
  • Address issues in orders processed through SAP and Coupa


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


Work Experience:

  • Experience in S2P systems like Coupa.
  • Understanding the S2P process and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to execute under changing conditions and tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills.


Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
