About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and automation pipelines while ensuring performance, security, and scalability across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment.

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for AWS resource provisioning.

  • Configure and manage GitLab repositories, access controls, and branching strategies.

  • Integrate AWS services and DevOps tools into the CI/CD and infrastructure management lifecycle.

  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.

  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure platform reliability.

  • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and deployment issues.

  • Maintain security compliance and implement DevSecOps best practices.

  • Continuously evaluate and adopt modern tools and technologies for platform improvement.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.

  • Strong proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipeline design and automation.

  • Advanced experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on AWS.

  • Expertise with AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python, or Ruby.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for monitoring and logging.

  • Familiarity with LDAP and RadiantLogic integration.

  • Experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).

  • Knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.

  • Certifications in AWS, Terraform, or GitLab CI/CD are preferred.

  • Exposure to DevSecOps and automated compliance pipelines.
