Annually Paid: We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for complex nuclear power plant systems, evaluate a plant's potential vulnerability
- Support domestic and international operating plants, and new reactors in design phase
- Lead global teams by contributing to technical scope execution serving as author, mentor and verifier, supporting meeting schedule and financial goals
- Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies
- Identify projects, develop product offerings, and pursue target product market
- Develop Innovation products from conception through marketing and delivery
- Mentor engineers and lead plans for knowledge management and retention
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Minimum 7 years' PRA Model development applied to nuclear plants
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Nuclear or equivalent
- Knowledge of PWR reactor operations
- In addition to basic Risk and Hazard skills, you have a knowledge of:
- Internal/External Hazards PRAs
- Level 2 PRAs
- Human Reliability Analysis (HRA)
- Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs)
