Job Title: Sr. Genesys Developer Location: Lansing, MI Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week from Day 1) Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys On-Prem
Expertise in IWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution)
Advanced Routing development
File Server Capture integration experience
Working knowledge of Graph API
Solid Oracle DB experience
