Job Details

Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Service/Process Owner
Location: Remote ok for the right candidate
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension)
Positions: 1

Must-Have Certifications:

ITIL v4 Foundation or higher (Preferred: ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leader)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM)

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years as a Senior BA/Architect with ServiceNow implementation experience
ITSM Process Analyst with ServiceNow expertise
ITSM Solution Architect with ServiceNow experience

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, etc.)
Define ITSM process strategy, policies, and governance
Lead ServiceNow ITSM design, implementation, and optimization
Automate ITSM processes using ServiceNow workflows and integrations
Monitor ITSM performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvements
Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and leadership to align ITSM with business goals

Required Experience:

10+ years in ServiceNow Platform & 7+ years in ITSM governance
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation & optimization
Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM best practices, and automation
Experience integrating ServiceNow ITSM with ITOM, CMDB, and other IT systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
