Key Responsibilities
Process and manage US payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations (FLSA, IRS, DOL).
Review, prepare, and maintain employment contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Maintain and update payroll records, employee files, and contract databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to verify payroll and contract details, resolve discrepancies, and implement improvements.
Respond promptly to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and contracts, providing clear and accurate information.
Support onboarding by collecting, verifying, and filing necessary employee documents and contracts.
Assist with payroll audits, year-end procedures, and continuous improvement of payroll and contract review processes.
Stay current with federal and state payroll legislation, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Facilitate HR projects such as performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and policy enforcement related to payroll and contracts.
Uphold strict security protocols to protect sensitive employee and contract data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in US payroll processing and payroll administration; knowledge of payroll software (ADP, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
