Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing data, defining requirements, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions and improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and analysis of business processes.

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT and development teams.

  • Develop detailed business cases, process models, and functional specifications.

  • Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.

  • Assist in creating training materials and support documentation for end-users.

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.

  • Support change management and ensure solutions meet business goals.


Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Waterfall environment.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN), UML, and use case development.

  • Understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
