Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of the team, as well as with other teams.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of all business-critical systems within the Corporate Office, other office locations and retail locations by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
Ensure that records of system downtime and hardware inventory are properly maintained; apply revisions to host system firmware and software.
Work with vendors to assist support activities related to hosting systems (SAP, MES, Salesforce, etc.).
Develop new custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability and IT efficiency.
Perform systems and software troubleshooting as required.
Engage with IT Cybersecurity to implement system-level security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Stay current with technological developments in systems administration technology and cybersecurity.
