Job Description

Nueve Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 RPA Engineer to support the HHSC IT Administrative Applications RPA team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions using Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure. You will work closely with business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality automation products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation bots using Blue Prism and Power Automate
Analyze business processes and identify RPA opportunities
Build and troubleshoot REST APIs and web-based automation workflows
Work with HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol for UI automation
Perform SQL/NoSQL operations required for automation logic
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
Troubleshoot bot failures, validate HTTP responses, and resolve Azure-related issues
Work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development cycles

Required Skills

12+ years RPA development experience
strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism
Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP
Strong experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
Experience with RESTful web services
Strong debugging, analysis, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

API development experience
Experience with process discovery & solution architecture
Programming knowledge in C#, Java, or Python
Azure cloud troubleshooting & infrastructure experience
Experience with Power Automate
Blue Prism Certification / Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
Experience supporting Texas HHS / OIG systems
