V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a InfoSec GRC Metrics Specialist (Remote) for our premier client.
Education and Experience »
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards relevant to the organization.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and reporting on GRC metrics, including KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
- Familiarity with GRC software and data analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CGEIT.
- Experience with specific GRC tools like ServiceNow, Archer, or MetricStream.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement GRC metrics: Design, define, and implement quantifiable metrics (KPIs, KRIs, KCIs) to measure the effectiveness of GRC activities and align with organizational goals.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Establish processes for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting GRC data from various sources to provide insights into performance, risks, and compliance status.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and distribute regular reports and dashboards summarizing GRC metrics, findings, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement: Analyze GRC metrics to identify weaknesses in governance, risk management, and compliance processes, and recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies based on risk exposure levels, incident response times, and overall risk management effectiveness.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track compliance audit success rates, regulatory fines and penalties, and policy adherence to ensure the organization meets all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
